BIO INNOVATION SA NETWORKING FORUM AND PRESENTATIONS

Thursday 31 July

5.30 – 7pm, followed by Networking until 8.30pm

ASO Grainger Studio, 91 Hindley Street, Adelaide

Bones of the mammalian skeleton have many important physiological functions. They support the body, enable motion and mechanical loading, and protect internal organs. Bones play a central role in the formation of blood cells, as well as acting as a central store for calcium.

Changes in the strength or integrity of bones as a result of injury or disease can severely impact the quality of life and survival of individuals.

Our Guest Speakers will describe medical conditions of the skeleton and advances in surgery, transplantation and cell-based therapies being developed to treat them.
